This is the most excellent blog. I cannot bring myself to decide whether I would be happier if it was a well-done piss take or, as it appears on the surface, a serious commentary from inside the hell-hole of North Korea.

Just look at this:

Now, all good Pratchett readers will know that Lord Vetinari has criminalised mime. But in the real world? WTF is a "criminal gang of mimes"? And abusing cats (as opposed to eating them)?
